So, basically in the 1st life, when the prince already head over heels with the Saint, they only just found out that the maid is stealing the Saint's power when they attempted to leave the palace.
The word 'stealing' is not that accurate either, this is bcs the Saint's power is actually belongs to the maid, however during ancestor time, someone covet over the Saint's power so he kills the Saint and planted the Saint's power to someone else. Then in the next, next, next reincarnation the fake Saint will own the Saint's power instead of the true Saint.
BUT in the next reincarnation, the true Saint is alive so there will be time where the Saint's power will get transfer to the rightfully owner back, I'm guessing when the fake Saint meet with the true Saint.
Thus back to the 1st life, the maid's existence that stealing the Saint's power is consider as threatening to the Saint (novel FL) who is the prince's beloved
So they all AGREED to kill the maid, the doctor, the knight, basically everyone who is nice to MC in this 2nd life, I guess except for the 2nd prince. Even the novel FL are not exempted from the guilty of killing the maid due to her ignorance of the matter.

From this guy POV, he said "slowly everyone forget about the maid who is executed" it's so heart wreching reading his POV
After reading the spoiler, I feel like hating every characters sigghhh

When reading this... I always thought it was weird that all the major characters seem to unexplainably like Nina... I mean yes Nina is adorable and all but hm...
Now that I read the spoiler, I can't help but think maybe this is some sort of reward? Hmm that word not quite right... Opposite of retribution I want to say like repayment? Because her first life is so miserable
Everyone doesn't care about her in the 1st life so they didn't feel much guilt killing a maid, so in this lifetime, everyone cared about her, want her to be alive so that such tragedy won't happen again
At least if something similar happen again, they won't agree to it
