Just because people say they like this story doesn’t necessarily mean they like this type of incest relationship. People can also just like dark stories in general and even if they’re f*cked up, they’re much more interesting and deeper than fluffy stories. People could also be liking the plot instead- but I guess you can’t even come up with that possibility with your tiny brain. You just think, “oh this story has one gross relationship? BAD.”
I like fucked up story’s as well, like killing stalking... you will hate the characters but love the story.
