the novel ended with her not getting pregnant, but she and male lead do end up falling in love. the novel didn't particularly state that she was infertile, but rather they ended the last chapter with just them confirming their love for each other. the side stories were all about what happened after their whole family died in the first timeline
She will later get pregnant during the side stories and have 4 kids with the emperor. A son named Dylan aka the Crown prince and triplets.

It's not necessary to stop having periods because you are infertile. As long as you have a uterus, you'll get your period. Besides, Patrizia is not infertile.

Yes ofc, you can get your period even if you are infertile XD. The only way a girl can stop having her periods is by removing their uterus. As long as you have your uterus and your body is healthy, you will bleed once a month
