He's a villain, so you really don't want to meet him. He is also more evil than the Priestess, as in...she works for him?
I think he makes a couple appearances soon, at the engagement dinner and the wedding, but I couldn't swear to it. He really doesn't have any presence until much later in the novel. It's mostly just one and two-line cameos whenever he does show up until then.
