No one blamed any crimes he did, like killing children and breaking other gods temples.
What they did do a mistake was not considering the entire truth in the trial.
Seth has done a lot of killing in his loneliness . So, the other Gods are trying to get Seth off the throne and let him take a small break from his stress. And, Seth never actually wanted the throne for ruling, he just wants the throne so that no one will attack his current mental state. So one one will ever question him. Like that.

Personally i love this story although it is a heart wrenching and cruel one until now i feel bad for seth he is the victim yet everyone blame him
