No, that's not his dad. Dojun's parents died a long time ago and he's currently living with his uncle's family. His uncle is pretty abusive and forced Dojun to study hard to get scholarship. And from what I understand from the raws, it seems like Dojun's uncle knows about Jaehee and thought that he's being a bad influence to Dojun.
Dojun 'stops' liking Jaehee to protect him from his uncle. But he really does love Jaehee. He keeps Jaehee's necktie because that's the only thing he have that reminds him of Jaehee. After breaking up, Dojun pretty much break down and cry and scream all night.
