How can you say this is overhyped. This manga is a true art the story is very intriguing and the plot is also good. If you don't appreciate then don't read it. As for the sad parts that what makes it interesting the anguish the drama we live for it and the past is yet to reveal for the bad nature of seungho. As for the situation you can see nakyum has gone through hell he will directly not open up they have to build towards it which I would like to see in further episodes
oh my god people can have opinions so lets just get that out of the way. its up to me how I feel about the plot and its up to me whether I want to read it or not. And I do want to read it (mostly to see if I can see no-name again because whew what a man). I Think the reason I just can't connect with the plot is because I read it in one sitting so I can see the disconnect in the storyline pretty easily. but for someone who was here for a long time and had to wait for every release, the story probably feels atmospheric. its like if someone read legs that don't walk (another popular work) in one sitting they'd think this was basically 90% porn and 10% storyline. and they would be right, but for me who has been there since the beginning I see it as 50/50. so don't get so riled up simply because I called it overhyped, I have my reasons so respect that.

it was never a sudden attraction, Seungho fell in love bit by bit, with Nakyum's art at first then with his cuteness, with his shyness, with his honesty, with his resistance he never wanted to sleep with Seungho at first and this was new to Seungho, he got rejected for the first time in his life. and Nakyum also got feelings for Seungho bit by bit, Nakyum had to live with one-sided crush before, he had to restrain his desires, he had to give up on painting because his teacher was treating his only hoppy as if it's filth, Seungho was the first one to appreciate his art, he showed him how it feels like to be touched by another man "i know he raped him" Nakyum felt accepted for once in his life even if it's toxic and wrong.
also don't forget Nakyum is a low born and Seungho is a nobel man, in the eyes of this era Seungho is treating Nakyum really well he's spoiling him with food and clothes and a private space.

I read this because potn is quite famous but sometimes stories just end up being overhyped and in this case it turned out to be true. if someone held me at gunpoint and asked to answer when and why seungho even fell for nakyum, id probably have my brains blown out. like the chemistry... I barely see it. BUT. on the other hand, the chemistry between no-name and jihwa, now that was hot (or maybe no-name is just hot) like I want to see that (though I don't think we'll be getting that). the authors art work is absolutely chef's kiss so ill stick around for another bout of nakyum just bawling his eyes out every hour or so, while all the conversation – THEY SHOULD BE HAVING WITH EACH OTHER – happens in their heads *sigh*
