Bro I'm already in the middle of the story (20) and see this going nowhere. Like, at least in most rape-fetish Mangas the raped one would start to catch feeling and enjoy it, but this man over here just wants to get out since the beginning and the rapist has 0 liability or likeability no matter his "tortured past" or whatever shitty excuse they're hinting to.
