When did Cain took advantage of Jooin for his sexual desires? He's having wet dreams about Jooin but he never forced his desires to him. Keep in mind that he "kissed" him so he can take the medicine. That wasn't even the first method that he did. He tried to give Jooin the medicine in a normal way but as you can see, he coughed it out so he had to transfer it with water and his mouth so that Jooin can drink the fuckin' medicine for his cold.
