I have somewhat of a theory the doctor is involved with the agency or reporters. I could be wrong but like imagine if he just reported their dating status to everybody. Cause tbh his face kinda looks like there's more to him than just liking her. (if he actually does that is) If not the agency he could be info collector for like the beomchan hate clubs. Just an idea that ran through my head.
