I feel like the MC changed a lot, in the beginning he was too self loathing and didn’t even want to try to go out or accept anything other than what he was comfortable too. Yeah he’s still a bit much but he held in so much a lot of the things that happened I’m honestly not surprised that he basically blew up. He’s very realistic with his emotions and it shows. I feel like people are so used to hitting chapter 40 and all of a sudden the MC is this saint that regrets everything. He’s like what a highschool student? He’s still going through puberty and having these range of emotions if you compare the first 50 chapters to now he changed a lot. I feel like the main thing that’s the same is that he’s too lenient with the girls and just let things happen because he don’t know how to respond and react.
The mc has so little development and i can’t keep reading this it’s not entertaining after 160 chapters
