I think the seme has multiple personalities. One that is a sex maniac, who enjoys group sex with his classmates, has sex with his doctor etc, one that is a normal college student who dates the cute girl and one who is in an homosexual relationship with the uke.
At some point his personalities started to overlap. So in the end all tree got combined and he decided to keep only his relationship with the uke over all the rest,or he just chose to keep living the same way but being aware of what's happening and cherish the uke more than the rest (?)
I don't know the ending was a little bit vague for me too..
