Fast explanation for the second story: Kashima got 108 side personalities, women, men, old, young, prude, slut-ish, etcetera. The black haired guys is kind of he's oficial boyfriend but he's dating everyone that appear on the last pages (or rather, he's side personalities are). In the end he's first personality can finally remember everything about all the others, and it end up in a kind-of happy ending.
No, a person can't have a hundred different personality and keep on living a normal-ish life like he does and wouldn't have that much of boy/girlfriends (people get jealous), nor can choose when X personality will appear and when (like it implies when says "kashima-sama is intelligent so he attends the uni") but is basically about personality disturb and such.
