The aunt knew Jinyao had sperm stored. Jinyao wanted Yi Yun's sperm destroyed, but changed his mind and had it stored. Jinyao's sperm was used and Yi Yun had RouRou thinking his sample was used. Jinyao's aunt, has now had the baby via surrogate from the sample she believed was Jinyao's (beyond weird), but that baby is actually from Yi Yun's sample. And the reason she did this was because she needed to create a new heir in order to take over the business? (Well, if they do a blood test, so much for that insane woman.)
