I really don't blame Myeongin for not telling Jiwon her feelings. For the longest time, her romantic feelings have been unrequited, it's just very recently that Jiwon discovered she's attracted to her best friend as well. And Myeongin knows Jiwon. Jiwon's been dating a lot of guys without having any real feelings for them, she dates them then just breaks up with them. You can't really blame Myeongin for keeping her heart safe and thinking that Jiwon might be doing the same with her and is just having fun. Also it's very in character of Myeongin not to communicate, like instead of telling Jiwon she doesn't like fast food she chooses to keep silent about it. Probably thinking it's less bothersome that way. A lot of people are like that irl, heck I'm like that too. So I find the lack of communication natural and not irritating. The author gives us a lot of fanservice anyway so that makes up for it lol
