this explanation is kinda elaborate but I hope it helps~
Feng swapped his sperm with Yi Yun's so he can secretly have a son without endangering him knowing his family issues about the heir (must be first-born) and Feng is a first-born so that implies his first child will inherit the family business after him.
Then rather than disposing of Yi Yun's sperm, he put it in his name and stored it for the meantime.
