I have always sleep with a ponytail. I didn’t even ask or though of such question before. In my eyes that is normal specially since I have long hair.

Doing that usually increases my hairfall.

Same, and it leaves this fold-like mark on my hair. But not tying it means that I'd have to take care of my messy bed hair. Honestly, this is why I prefer short hair.

Sometimes, but it is usually gives me headache so I often remove it

When its gets really hot & the hair feels bothersome I usually tie it to a bun on top of my head (which is almost always cause I live in a tropical country lol)
