The baby that the aunt is holding is Yi yi's real child. And Rou Rou is Jinyao's real child. Yi yi's sperm was switched with Jinyao's sperm so that's why Yi thought that Rou Rou is his child that's why he was taking care of him since he was a baby. The aunt was scheming to take Jinyao's real child but she got Yi's baby instead( but she doesn't know it) .
