He wasn't fully blaming Yoon for disappearing. Maybe partly because he tried to stop Yoon from going there. Still, he waited for him for years but I think he was manipulated by his new lover because he was in his vulnerable state 'cause he doesn't know sht about Yoon for so long that caused him to act like that.
Yes i get your point but his new lover didn't manipulate him to act like that and show Yoon how much he had moved on when they met the first time after Yoon came back.
