So she gave birth to Lilia and MC alone. The Mc with brown hair that's her original appearance. Mc's uncle performed experiments on them, and mc was a sick child she suffered worse. Lilita's disease is caused by malice, the more ppl who hate her the more she'll suffer. The disease is meant to help Uncle attain eternal life

Pfft well they mean, the korean transmigrated brunette and litia are twins. Also Mr. Yandere red head prince is litia's half brother so they would never be twins. Since the mothers are different. Other than that there's no other siblings.
