Why did they upload over the person who previously put up chapter 40?? I came back to check because they stated where they got the raws from but when I came back it was removed and there was a new version of chapter 40 :(

Probably because the quality was shit and the translation incorrect.
And fyi, no one can upload over another. Mangago makes the call.

this chapter 40 was from the official scanlation group for given. the other one was just a fan translation
