Yo I think its not that the semes sus, which he deffinently is, but I think he has a past. Like I'm getting a feeling that he feels if he doesn't offer money what else does he have. And he's been used in the past so he probably keeps offering money and talking about money because he feels like if he doesn't offer money then he has no other worth. It's just a thought though
