You really naild it about their "issues"... their personalities really are not good together. Komiya needs to learn to stand up for himself, say if he's uncomfortable/sad/angry/hurt about something, or if he wants to celebrate an anniversary/have a date before bad things happen, before he explodes, and get over his shyness because Nishi will not ask or notice things only by his behaviour or expressions,... he's too dense. And Nishi needs to learn to be more empathetic, observant and express his thoughts out loud because Komiya can't read his mind nor understand his poker face.
The first two chpts are cringe worthy. Not because the story isn't good. It's just what Komiya goes through because he is in love and inexperienced, and Nishi's personality. They both have their issues. Komiya doesn't speak up for himself, or ask questions. Nishi is blunt, expressionless and doesnt care what other people think. Not good combos. But, it was oh so funny when Komiya finally goes off and just vents his grievences in front of everyone. Nishi was the spark to that fire when he essentially says he's game if komiya is after his friends ask them to show them what gay sex is like. I mean really?!
Well, all's well that ends well, since they finally had some communication and consideration for one another! And obviously, Nishi needs/maybe likes to be scolded by Komiya. ;)
