They don't tho. Anisa calls ml dietri, she only called him oppa when she was way younger, you know to suck up to him and all, besides FL knows they aren't blood related. Also, Dietri calls FL Anisa and only calls her a sister for formalities when he needs to introduce her. Even in ml's thoughts, never did he referred to Anisa as his sister.

People are surprised that Baal betrayed her?? But like he is a demon we can't really expect much but Dietritch literally took care of her since she was a baby and is ready to sacrifice her. Shouldn't people be more betrayed by that?! I know we knew but it's still heartbreaking to see. And I read here that the brother and sister are the main relationships?!? I don't wanna read if it is but at the same time I really love the characters and story so much, I am so fucking torn. Can't they have a sibling relationship and MC could fall for someone else?! Like that would be much better. Anyway, if anyone has read the novel of it, please do completely spoil me I don't mind.
