We're not too sure yet, but he's recounting the first time he ever met Eunsung's parents back at their high school graduation. The flash back opens with "the first time I ever saw ES's parents was at HS graduation.." and he's already crying. The last dialogue is the announcement of their graduating class's ceremony beginning.
