I know that someone who read the novel did say that
Litia and the brown haired girl are twins or something. Litia moved her sister into our world to protect her (i forgot from who). That's as far as my memory goes but hope this helps a bit.
I read some spoilers that the guys other than Daniel mainly think of our FL as like a sister or just someone they need to protect not someone they love if that makes any sense
Oh and you are going to be shock when u find out FL and og Libertia’s connection to each other

Og Litia used magic (??) to transport fl in modern world to save her or something.

Our FL and og Libertia are actually twin sisters and og Libertia was the one who sent FL to Korea and she’s been watching over FL through the ‘novel’ she did whatever it takes to protect her sister and she brought back FL to their world cause FL was in danger and was about to be killed by a robber
at first, it started out interesting because the guys are misunderstanding her sickness but at this point im not looking forward to anything anymore. I'm just reading this because the art is pretty. Im starting to think that it would have been much more interesting if the real Litia is the fl because the OG Heroine and the fake Litia are giving me similar vibes. Idk, maybe because naive and too kind fl's are overused so much that i doesn't have spice anymore
