Yeah, the “villainess” in the titles always refer to the ORIGINAL villainess and not the “new” (FL) character that got transmigrated

I'm sorry I can't remeber there names, but there are some. Like the dukes daughter who was a bitch who liked to torture people for fun, then died and the new girl made a 6 month marriage contract with the original girls love. Or the princess who was cruel and idiodic who was killed and made a deal with a demon. There are many if you look hard enough. I haven't read that trope in a while so I can't really remember what they are. And I only made this account more recently, even though I've been ojn it for a good few years now, so I can't go back and check

The one webtoon that fits that to a T is The Way to Protect the Female Lead's Older Brother. But there are tons of other villainess characters that didnt turn into happy characters like I tamed a tyrant and ran away, the villainess is a marionette, i’ll just live on as a villainess, untouchable lady.

Some others are “A way to Protect the Female Leads Older Brother” (which I love and the arts amazing), “The Villainess Reverses the Hour Glass”, “The Villainess is a Marionette”, “Shadow Queen” and “I Want to Be You, Just For A Day”/“Your Throne”
None of these are super hard-core, mass murdering really evil people, but there are some more intense villainess elements than other stories

Something these authors fail to do at times is create a proper “villainess” character that MC gets reincarnated/transmigrated as. I’ve yet to see a truly evil villainess, one that isn’t misunderstood, or found out something too late, one that isn’t pitiful, and one that makes your blood boil and think “wow, that bitch really deserved to die”
