''Hey do you are missing some people that went in our country during a war ?''

Well he worked for people there too didn't he
Also even when a soldier dies or gets injured during war his family is being notified.
Its just kinda weird how he was out there on duty and absolutely no one knew what happened to him not even that Boyle dude he worked with there?

Exactly!! Like I understand you went through a lot too, but this man was in a coma. He lost precious time, he’s still recovering. The least you could have done was eased him into settling back to normal. Also idk if it’s just me but some of the dialogue seems kinda off? Like they speak very awkwardly.

yeah, I agree. it's a major hole in the plot. We had a countryman in Egypt who was just working there temporarily and was captured by Isis. after a day of no contact from him, embassy was contacted and we all knew what happened. it's not that difficult of a process.
In the case of this story, him being unconscious IN a hospital under official medical care and no one bothered to report the patient to anyone, and him sitting there for 5 years, keeping him alive not knowing if he'd even wake up from a coma... it's very unrealistic.
