Don't agree; Hilise emits the aura of a very sad person that doesn't care anymore. Lesian, on the other hand, emits the aura of a person who's in a world of insane people, and as such doesn't really care for them— except her gf Leonie
I know the author probably meant for Leonie and Lesian's relationship to be a cute sisterhood, but Lesian has more chemistry with Leonie than with the Duke, whose interest in her seems to have emerged from the "ShE's NoT LiKe OtHeR gIrLs" trope. I wouldn't be so bothered by it if his interest had been born by any other way— but regardless, the fact that Leonie and Lesian look cute together wouldn't change in my heart.
