I think so. Because if they get married they would become step brothers.
I personally don’t think it’s wrong especially because the sons are adults. I’ve seen it happen when two people who have divorced parents are dating then their parents get along at their wedding and end up dating themselves. I hope that made sense lol. If they were still teenagers living with their parents and were going to move in together as a family (one example is Domestic Girlfriend) then it would be more troublesome of a situation.
I dont think its wrong. Theyre in a relationship even before the marriage. If they get married its still fine since theyre NOT related by blood and they’re already in a relationship. Well yk people will still call it incest since theyre “siblings” (even tho theyre STEPS siblings) lmao.
