In chapter 3 Seo thinks Mr Baek was having sex with the employee of the pub because the employee complained about his back while walking out from the direction where the toilets were. However, we see in the beginning of the chapter that Mr Baek is alone in the toilet stall and later on we see that the employee was actually walking out of a room next to the toilets.
