Just a theoretical opinion:
So far I have observed some reason why they divide people with powers into villain and psykers. Psykers when awakens have control in their powers,but when villains awaken they trigger their powers through desire. Mainly because its desire that they are being engulfed in their own emotions that make them loose control of their self. That's why when their desire is evil for example killing and robbing money then they are called villains.

I hate the fact that they attacked him just because he looked like a villain and I know they didn't want to take the chance but didn't they watch the video of him saving that lady and that little pink hair girl told her brother that he saved her so what's your problem they both know why are they attacking him
