Levi has even begged Eren to at least wear protection and Eren refused because of how sick he is.
What would happen if the baby was born? He's just going to live knowing that he was an unwanted child? A child who was only born to find out that his very birth giver was forced to have a baby against their very will? What happens if the child starts to blame their self for that very situation?
