I don't know anything about laws but i've seen some game critics, comedians, and artists sharing their emails for public viewing when responding to correspondence threatening legal action. It may be different for each case but i doubt it would matter that much if they share that kind of info in their private discord server.

I know nothing about laws but i've seen some gamers, illustrators, and comedians sharing their emails for public viewing when threatened with legal actions. It may be different for each case but i doubt it would matter that much if they shared that kind of info in their private server. But then again, i'm no law expert.

It differs on the cases and the people involved. Generally it is not considered a good idea because it can alert the opposing legal team to the tactics and to possible witnesses and/or evidence that one side is not yet ready to or (in some circumstances), legally obligated to share with the opposing team. Also, in some cases, the judges or those involved will either dictate that nothing is to be made public (but obviously that wouldn't be the case here, since legal action hasn't been taken yet). And then there is also when those involved agree to not release information to the public through non-disclosure agreements. So it varies widely when, where, why, how and what information may be shared and by whom.

Thanks for what? Justifying disrespecting the publisher and old scan team’s wishes? Let’s say these claims are not legitimate. Well, the old scan team still deserves to have their chapters removed because their names are on it, they worked on it, and they don’t want to be held liable. The new uploads have no names on it so the old scan team will face the legal consequences. So, if you want to continue to upload, put your own name on it and don’t use the old scan team as a scapegoat. Also emails are confidential

Are you dumb? I’m literally in the discord with the original scan team. They have shared their messages with mangago. They removed their old chapters and mangago reuploaded them against their request. Originally they wanted no one to upload past volume 2, but the cat’s already out of the bag and people aren’t going to stop, so now all they’re asking for is for their old chapters to be removed which keeps being reuploaded.
Where are you getting this info from? Are you one of the members on the original scan team because I have literally talked to them. Users can remove their uploads but mangago keeps putting them back up. They posted a notice which got removed and several of my comments have been removed as well.
I'm going to be the villain here, but thats fine, I just want to point out a simple fact. A lot of comments are posting false hysteria about this saying that the publishers will quit making this manga if it keeps appearing on here. Guess what guys, it completely a couple of years ago, there's only 3 volumes. Now if there's true threats about On and Off, by all means, report... Now before you attack me, release how I did not state an opinion and just pointed out a simple fact.
