i agree....it makes me so mad...it kinda reminds me of the anime sk8 infinity. Reki was the main charecter but it seemed as though langa was. For a moment i couldnt believe reki was the mc so i looked it up and he was. But the story revolved around his frriend langa. Langa was new at the sport and automatically better then reki. Reki tried to show people his own skills only to be called garbage and be called nothing compared to langa. and the anime showed langas constant improvement while reki didnt improve at all and nobody in the story took interest in reki they only took interest in langa. I got so mad they shouldve just made langa the mc. Reki was the mc but he had nothing special about him while his friend was good st everthing and the top players in the game wanted to challenge him. poor reki :(. The worst part was langa didnt even knowtice reki was feeling upset at being called trash because langa is a dense motherfucker.....
Wow your summary already made me feel frustrated. Everything would have felt alright if the friend langa was the MC instead in this case.
And in one episode i guess so they could keep making it seem like rekis the mc....they made reki and langa have an argument because reki was upset tht he wasnt as good as langa when he has been practicing skateboarding for years and langa ony did it for a month....i fel so sad. It made me hate langa cause reki was my fav charecter. Though i didnt really want to hate langa so then i just made a character named miya my fav charecter so i wouldnt hate langa too much.
I feel like this would be a lesss frustrating lead if the story just stops lying to itself and just set Ray as the main character and not Kile. So far we know more about Ray than Kile himself and thats really annoying me.It feels like Kile is just made to be a conon fodder in his own damn story.
