Well i think as any normal, empathetic and sane person would, shes worried about the people who would very obviously die in these human experiments - moreso the fact that they are so young as 7. They are kids who dont even have a say in thier future and are being sold off. An issue doesn't hv to necessarily directly affect the fl for her to be worried about it. Being worried about anyone dying just makes sense. Especially with it being so cruel :((
I skim read through so im abit lost on the section you're troubled on. My interpretation of why she worried about age limit is because she trying to deduct who will sell off their young so she could estimate the damage, maybe, idk.
