yeeeaaahhh i guess so, but like at least it aint brother x sister but cousin....i mean if the author is bothered then they would make it a story where bam surprise they're actually not related. But theennnnn it would appear in the original novel (the one that the mc read) but it could be one where the novel has a plot hole...idk.
maybe he is not the 2nd Ml. Like in some manhwas they put the brother/cousin in the cover because they play an important role in the story and most of the time it means that they have a good relationship with the mc.
there are times when the brother is on the cover and the story isn't incest... it usually happens when the brother is obsessed with mc. but there isn't a rule that only the male leads should be on cover
I'm like 95% sure I read spoilers somewhere that said that the cousin is not a second ML, they'll just have a nice family relationship
