I think there's a chance that she was released on the condition that she disappears from their life forever. Considering the last scene, killing her would've made Kei scared for the rest of his life and I doubt Makoto would want that.
Even if Kei's addicted to anal sex enough to have Makoto take the reins in his life, I don't think his mental state would be able to take it since Elisa was his girlfriend.

I definitely loved this! So great! I love crazy semes but I'm curious what happened to elisa. Was she killed or released? Did she just go off the grid? Anyone have any thoughts?
