I like him more for Lippe than brother Hal. I mean he's the first person who supported her with the folk song thing. He's been supporting and protecting ever since that day. Brother Hal would have supported her too but the impact was not as strong as it did for her with Rias. Also given the fact that he's actions are very restrained he still finds a way to support Lippe. I find it cute. Brother Hal was too smooth talker but I still love him tooooo. It just gives him disadvantage (in Lippe's pic) and it makes her see him more as brother too. So yeah. Thou when it comes to physical appearance, I can't deny brother Hal looks hotter than Rias hahahahaha. But well, anyways. I hope Rias grows faster and hotter than he is now.
