That's true. I'm not certain Starr is the same age but even if he is older, August has clearly been killing before the orphanage massacre as there was news stories about it in the flashbacks. The author seems to be setting him up as a red herring. I'd be very surprised if he was the killer.

Ok I have seen a lot of people saying that Starr might be August the killer but that would make no sense. Considering Starr is the same age as Hanhoo and Chanseol, it's logically impossible for a teenager to kill an entire orphanage, let alone not getting caught for that
