maybe she’s not so smart like strategically speaking but she def has the physical and mental strength. plus reading the spoilers and how the MC knows of the “secret” i’m confused why she’s not using that secret to her advantage. i think she might be a lil medium dumb

that’s so true though i also wondered why didn’t she just take the striking a deal with the prince route since they both have the same goal, maybe the author just didnt want to give the prince more screen time than the actual ml (which is the duke i think?)

I agree with you, I'm not bashing this story but you see this is a good example of an artist who tries to put every color in a single painting.

I felt that the story was rushed we didn't even see her adjust to her new life! She was all like "oh hey i just transmigrated into a novel let's see how this goes" i understand that this is fiction and that a lot of other stories do this as well but it doesn't mean it's any less frustrating how fast they adapt to becoming a part of a fictional world.

And what's with the black haired dude? Isn't he a duke? As far as my knowledge about the middle ages goes, dukes are aristocrats who manage their dukedoms fiefs and are supposedly busy as all hell, all we see him do is follow the crown prince like some personal guard and stalk the fm!
And how fast can a person fall in love? we're only at 10 chapters and he's already ready to help her break the engagement with the crown prince who's supposedly his friend (?), bruh i understand your interest in her since she's not your typical noble lady but that's waaay too fast, to the point where you follow her around! A duke! How free are you?!

Another trope the author tried to put in the manhua is the "bffs with my maid" i don't know about others but their friendship looks clishe and uninteresting ,again, felt too rushed.
And well it just doesn't have that...spark! Yknow the one that makes your heart flutter at their friendship? A good example of that would be Yuri and Melissa from beware of the villainess or even Yona and Melissa! Istg their friendship is so refreshing.

Actually the whole story is rushed! We didn't even get to see her "exercise" her swordsmanship and she's already so skilled! Yes I'm not blind I've see those certificates in the first chap and how she's apparently a kendo champion but this is still a new body so there's no muscle memory or anything, it's a new body of a noble lady who had been abused mentally and physically so it should logically be weak.

And the thing with the crown prince and the marquis is just a mess to be honest, she's just complicating things more, and the crown prince is also unreasonable, why would he want to marry her if he already has someone else he loves? Yes i got that he's doing this to expose the scheme of the marquis and whatnot but that still doesn't make any sense! You're the mf crown prince! If you really wanted to stop that abusive a$$hole you would be able to to do it easily by using your position and your power!

What else? Ah yes the thing about her going to a local bar with those clothes irked me so much i had to stop reading, now why would you do that? I completely agree with you she should have considered her status and her position before doing something so stupid and reckless! Rumors would start flying about how she frequents bars and beats people up AND meet up with men in the middle of the night!

I feel like the author had so many ideas but didn't exactly know how include them in the manhua and that's why it feels rushed and piled up with sooo many isekai tropes and empty characters.

In any case, I'll still follow this manhua and see where it's going, who knows maybe it'll become better.
And again this is not me bashing or hating the manhua or the author, I'm just giving a review criticizing what i didn't like in the story.
