I think the problem is that the power is in his soul.. so no mater how many times he reincarnates he will only get stronger. So even him holding back is = to a dragon in strength bacause his full strngth is on par with a god.
He was a magician and when he became famous he got tired then learned how to handle the sword and then he became the strongest, there were moments that people around were afraid. He went after a stone (?) That gives the power (?) To reincarnate. From what I understand he died and entered that guy's body (?) With some faulty memories (?). So far I was pretty "okay" with the story. But it started to show him gaining powers, abilities and stuff really fast! I thought his goal to reincarnate was to start things from 0 or Living quietly (?). What is the purpose of this character? ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
