i just want to know how the blonde dude is the way he is. im not a psychologist so dont take my word for this but he's showing heavy signs of being a psychopath. psychopaths often develop the disorder from genes and/or some sort of trauma so im wondering if its just genetics or if something really twisted happened to him during his childhood. im a little stuck with this one because his mother seems like a sweetheart (although we never know people's true colors) to the MC [insert his name here, totally forgot it] even if its not ASPD and something else, he still needs a lot of help because his behavior and responses are not of the social norm

Well you know he lived with other people before he was living with his mom and he said bad stuff happened to him during that time so that’s probably why

For what I've read. People can have a generic predisposition to antisocial disorders ( they aren't really called psychopathy or sociopathy anymore) and trauma can trigger it. But it is a highly misunderstood issue, as having an antisocial disorder doesn't guarantee you'll be a criminal. The thing is, most studies done on the subject used dangerous criminals as participants so the date we have is based on them and may not represent normal people with antisocial disorder.

What I do know is he doesn't seem to show empathy. And empathy is taught so he could be a result of child abuse or simply someone who has been taught empathy. But you know, not being shown or taught empathy is a really big flag that makes me think about emotional neglect, which is sometimes consider child abuse.

Don't forget that childhood is were our brains are mostly being develop. The experiences you have at that age will literally shape your brain.
