I love a pyscho seme, but that's just my preference. If it's not your thing then you should just drop the story. It's unfair to belittle the author's great work just because it doesn't suit your personal preferences. The character of Woojin feels real. I know people just like him and I think it's good to portray different types of characters in media. We shouldn't try to censor or restrict an author's artist vision. If you don't like the character, that's fair. I don't think we are supposed to like him at this point. He's a manipulative asshole who never takes Haegyung's feelings and concerns seriously. So, even though I don't agree with his actions I find his character interesting. I don't mean to sound rude, I just don't think this story is for you

You literally said the author would probably give Woojin a "crazy pity backstory" to make up for his shitty behaviour. You are making it sound like whatever backstory the author gives Woojin will be meaningless because it is just a means of gaining sympathy for the xharacter. That assumption in itself is undermining the author in my opinion. All well written stories should develop their characters otherwise they would just feel flat and one dimensional. Even if Woojin does have a sad backstory that should only work as a means to help you understand him better. It doesn't excuse his actions.
