I understand where you are coming from. It is just that the warning page did not use common terms that everyone would understand, so it has probably failed to warn many people. The warn never said unclear contest, rape(ish), or cheating which are terms most people would know.

it only takes a second to google these terms. besides, they're terms VERY commonly used in manga/doujins/hentai/fanfics etc. i'd recommend you to get familiar with these terms so that you'll have a better experience browsing manga in the future.
also i wanted to keep the warning simple so that ppl would actually take the time to read it, dub-con perfectly describes "unclear content and rape(ish)" so i used it.
