Hello! So to clearly put this, Cayena actually had three lives, yes, it’s a bit confusing, but basically her first life was when she was Cayena, and acted as the villainess, then she died, and was then reborn into the modern society. I believe she kept her memories retaining of what she had experienced as Cayena, and finds out that she was actually a character in a novel (which is shown in the first chapters, I believe), which is why she is not that surprised. She is currently BACK into Cayena after she dies in the modern society, and that’s how she kinda knows, not only within the story plot of the novel, but also things from a first person perspective, as well as, the past, family, people, etc.
yeah i read the spoilers after writing this. but i never noticed that she remembers her first life as cayena? i thought she doesnt know that she used to be cayena yet.
ok the art is top tier. character design? chef's kiss. i want cayena to step on me. the clothes are so elaborately drawn they're stunning, like even down to the shoes. i love the story. the only slight problem i have with it its the fact that she's supposed to be a different person possesing cayena (i downt have a problem with the isekai plot itself i've read a lot like this before). the thing is it doesnt feel like she's from a modern world in the body of a novel character(?) like no mention of her thoughts about her old world, she just woke up as a different person (a fictional person, mind you) and was like eh :/ sure, yk? and the way she talks about cayena's memories feels intimate (her mother, her nanny, her past with rezef...), like she was there and the memories are hers, which they are not. and that bothers me a bit. i felt like the author just used isekai to justify her knowing the future and suddenly becoming more sharp. but honestly if thats the case, personally, i think to let the actual cayena herself travel back in time after getting killed would make more sense.
