I think the seme’s link died which means the seme will die too. Right when the seme’s link died and broke the link putting him in the verge of death, sooin who just turned into vampire made the seme his link. Just like how the seme had done to the blondie.vampire is supposed to drink human’s blood but cihwan was a rare case his body only accepted vampire’s blood but then he started drinking sooin’s blood which he liked but it weakened him due to the nature of his body.so sooin’s blood in human form was a poison to him while now that sooin is vampire it isn’t a poison anymore.dunno if it helps T_T
