I think is because jaeun realized that jihan really trust in him at the begining, but after he lied (occult) about being a pair with siwan, and how he meet him a couple of times, he broke down that trust, so jaeun

So jaeun realized he was in the wrong too, because you can't ask from blind trust from your partner without actions behind to support them.
everyone messed up everyone made a mistake but what i dont understand is why Jaeun still come looking for Jihan when he treats him like that? Possessive, untrusting, and often use his feelings to make Jaeun feel bad and stay with him. Kinda reminds me of stockholm syndrome, not going to lie.
