I was thinking that too. At first I thought it was just sticking up as she was walking, then I thought it was both sides like a bow/wings, but then I saw it was just one side, and I was like "what"
The dress is nice except for that part, it looks odd
But our Roxanna pulls off anything!
Yeah she does...i too at first thought that it was sticking up due to the wind of the door cause it opened and air rushed out of the ballroom, but then i see that the Agriche dad and brother's clothes were not fluttering so i was hella confused
Guys don't get me wrong her lavender or violet dress is beautiful...but it has a confusing design with one side hanging out like a umbrella.
