MC's blood is poisonous to vampires meaning it can weaken there Powers all the way until they're human so he got turned into a vampire he then turned him into his link that's how it works
Yeah, but it was never said "until they're human". Like, we can assume that. But it looks like the MC just thought, "oh yeah! of course that's how it works, i totally knew it". Like, I'm sure most of all would think "poisonous" means it'll eventually kill him and not turn into human. Like, even our vampire didn't think of this method and was preparing to die instead. Ugh, I don't know, you're most probably right, but it just feels... weird.
They most likely didn't know remember MC and the vampire forgot how to spell his name did not know his blood was poisonous the only information anyone knew was poisonous but poisonous does not immediately mean death it can mean so many different things that includes changes to body when are MC turned into a vampire he was probably thirsty because he was a newborn so his reaction was very logical he didn't even know he was poisoning him so he probably just thought he got badly hurt and needed more energy he thought his blood was just weakening him not turning him human and thought maybe if he drinks his blood again as a vampire it might help him because he was a newborn so to me this makes perfect sense it gives us the drama of knowing that his blood is poisonous without saying what it will do if he actually starts getting overly poisoned

I like that they can be together now, I didn't want them to die. But I'm not sure about how our MC saved him. And now they're linked?? Two vampires? What? Sorry, but it seems like the author just made it up in order to leave them alive. A bit disappointing.
